Covid-19- Update 12th May

Mariners Lettings are continuously monitoring the situation with regard to Coronavirus and it is important to us that we offer support and reassurance to our customers. We understand and appreciate the concerns that our customers may have at this time.

During these difficult times the safety of our staff, our customers and our suppliers is of paramount importance to us.

In light of the government continuing the lockdown , we will be contacting all our customers who have a booking in place prior 30th June to change the date of their booking. If the price of the new booking is different from the price of the original booking then the difference will be payable by the customer in the event of an increased price or by Mariners Lettings in the event of a reduced price.

For others customers who may wish to change their arrangements due to the current situation, we have decided that any customer who has a booking between now and 30th June may change the date of their booking, subject to there being suitable availability,and we will agree to the booking being moved to a date within 12 months of the original booking. We require at least 7 days’ notice prior to your stay and we will not charge any amendment fee. If the price of the new booking is different from the price of the original booking then the difference will be payable by the customer in the event of an increased price or by Mariners Lettings in the event of a reduced price.

We will not be refunding any payments, including deposits.

The situation is changing daily and we continue to follow guidance from the government . As a result, this page will be monitored and reviewed regularly.
