Surf’s Up Surf School is based at Polzeath beach, a ten minute drive from our properties. The qualified surf instructors have been teaching people how to surf on the Cornish coast for the past 15 years and the school has been recognised as the number one surf training centre in the UK. Wavehunters Surf Club is also located at Polzeath beach, which is known as one of the best and safest surfing beaches in the UK, a gentle, sloping beach. Wavehunters run a kids’ surf club every morning during the school holidays, teaching the basics of the sport.
