The property is on two levels: Ground floor : 2 Bedrooms (1 twin, 1 double bed). The twin bedroom benefits from built in wardrobes. The two bedrooms share a luxury bathroom with luxury fittings and a bath.
Top Floor: Open plan living room with doors onto a balcony and limited estuary views, dining room and well fitted kitchen. The kitchen includes oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and extractor, washing machine and tumble drier. Living room area has 32” flat screen television with digital TV and DVD player. One bedroom (1 king bed) with en-suite which includes a built in shower.
Services Included: All electricity, heating, one travel cot (no bedding), one high chair, parking for a car (more can be rented although there is a car park nearby). Price includes Egyptian Cotton linen and high quality bath sheets and hand towels. Beach towels are not included. Meals that are purchased from the pub or restaurant will be delivered without a service charge.
