The property is on three levels: Ground floor : 2 large Bedrooms (both have zip & link beds, join together to make a king bed and one single bed), one luxury bathroom with separate shower, a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier and additional oven, hob and extractor for additional catering facilities. There is a door that leads into a private courtyard.
Middle Floor: Amazing social layout fitted out to the highest of standards. Includes: Open plan living room, dining room and well fitted kitchen with doors onto balcony. Kitchen includes 4 oven gas Aga, Dishwasher, Gaggenau fridge/freezer, granite worktops, and central island serving area. Dining area has large wooden table to seat 12 with high back leather chairs. Living room area has 42" flat screen television with Sky TV and DVD player and exceptional views onto the estuary. The balcony has tables and chairs for dining or just relaxing. Just off from this area, down a few steps is a cloakroom. The stairs can be viewed through glass partitions of the middle floor area
Top Floor: 3 bedrooms (I super king, 1, double & 1 zip & link) Exceptional master bedroom with super king bed that has amazing estuary view that leads into an open en-suite with high quality fixtures & fittings. The other two bedrooms share an interlinking ensuite fitted with a large shower and bath. One of the bedrooms also has great estuary views through their windows and other bedroom is a back facing bedroom.
Services Included: All electricity, heating, one travel cot (no bedding), one high chair, parking for two cars (more can be rented although there is a car park nearby). Price includes high quality linen and high quality bath sheets and hand towels. Beach towels are not included. Meals that are purchased from the pub or restaurant will be delivered without a service charge.
