Ground floor:2 Bedrooms (1 twin, 1 double bed) one has an en-suite, and the other has a private bathroom Both the bathroom and en-suite have baths with integral showers.
Top Floor: Open plan living room with doors onto the wide balcony and fantastic estuary views, dining room, well fitted kitchen and a utility room. The kitchen includes oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and extractor. Living room area has 37" flat screen television with digital TV and DVD player. The balcony has tables and chairs for dining or just relaxing. The utility is fitted with a washing machine and tumble drier and fitted kitchen units.
Services Included: All electricity, heating, one travel cot (no bedding), one high chair, parking for two cars (more can be rented although there is a car park nearby). Price includes Egyptian Cotton linen and high quality bath sheets and hand towels. Beach towels are not included. Meals that are purchased from the pub or restaurant will be delivered without a service charge.
