The property is on three levels:
Ground floor :2 Bedrooms (1 double with en-suite, 1 twin with dedicated bathroom). Both the bathroom & en-suite have baths with integral showers. Both the bedrooms have ample hanging, storage and living space as well as televisions.
Middle Floor: Open plan living room, dining room and well fitted kitchen with doors onto the wide balcony. Kitchen includes oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and extractor. Living room area has 37" flat screen television with digital TV and DVD player. The balcony has tables and chairs for dining or just relaxing. Just off from the kitchen is a washing machine, tumble drier and separate cloakroom.
Top Floor: One bedroom with twin beds with door to rear of property.
Services Included: All electricity, heating, one travel cot (no bedding), one high chair, parking for one car (more can be rented although there is a car park nearby). Price includes Egyptian Cotton linen and high quality bath sheets and hand towels. Beach towels are not included. Meals that are purchased from the pub or restaurant will be delivered without a service charge.
